History of Sweetie's Fudge

Clayton Mjolsness making Sweetie's Fudge!
Clayton began making fudge in 1960 as a Saturday night tradition. When Clayton first began making the fudge, he learned that in order to avoid mass chaos in the household, he needed to leave a note in the pan every week as to who would "get the spoon" and who would "get the pan".
Clayton assumed the role of designated fudge chef after Doris, his wife, decided it "wasn't for her" because she could never quite stir fast enough to obtain the smooth consistency required for rich, decadent fudge. From that point on, Clayton took over the role and it has been his baby ever since.
Now, 55 years after the very first pan of "Sweetie's Signature Fudge", Clayton and his kids have experimented with hundreds of different flavor combinations and, as a result, Sweetie's Fudge now has five delicious, gotta-try-'em-all flavors.
Today, Kathryn and her husband Scott run the everyday affairs of Sweetie's Fudge and research and develop new flavors when needed!
Psalm 100:5
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.
To God be the glory!
